Q3 Performance report - 2024

Year-to-date through Q3, international visitors have increased by 26% compared to the same period last year, with the GCC continuing to account for the largest share, followed by Europe. Average hotel occupancy is holding at 66% year-to-date through Q3, reflecting a 23% growth in demand since 2023, while room nights sold have risen by 26% compared to last year.

Qatar witnessed a record-breaking year for tourist arrivals in 2023, welcoming 4.05 M int. visitors. Full-year arrivals were up by 58% vs last year with December 2023 contributing 519 k. Room-night demand for the full year also reached an all-time high of 8.2 M.
