RFP – Visit Qatar – Provision of Global Communications Services on a Fixed & Call‑Off Basis.

Visit Qatar is seeking to appoint a specialized Global Communications Agency to define, develop, and deliver integrated global communications plans aligned with Visit Qatar’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.

The appointed Agency shall operate as an extended arm of Visit Qatar, providing dedicated expertise and ensuring the availability of sufficient and appropriately skilled resources to deliver effective and optimized global communications initiatives. The Agency is expected to leverage its international network, offices, and/or affiliated partners to support Visit Qatar’s global outreach across key target markets.

The selected Agency will be responsible for supporting Visit Qatar in defining, executing, and managing its communications strategy, ensuring alignment with Visit Qatar’s desired global image, positioning, and messaging framework within the international communications landscape.

Furthermore, the Agency must demonstrate the ability to provide adequate tools, methodologies, and resources necessary to achieve the objectives of this engagement.
